湖南省独立学院学校体育发展现状调查

目的研究湖南省独立学院学校体育发展现状，为教育管理和高校体育教育的发展与改革提供参考。方法采用文献资料、专家访谈和问卷调查等研究方法对湖南省15所独立学院的学校体育从行政管理、体育教学、课外活动、体育师资、场馆设施等方面进行现状调查，并对调查结果进行分析研究。结果湖南省多数独立学院体育行政管理实行的三级管理，所有学院均存在体育教学修学年限与课时不足以及教学形式与内容单一等问题，课外体育活动差强人意，体育师资队伍在数量、人事关系、职称结构、学历层次等方面也不够合理；部分独立学院的体育场馆设施还未完成产权分离，生均面积达不到国家基本要求的一半。结论湖南省独立学院学校体育发展现状形势不容乐观，有必要制定出具体而切实可行整改措施和发展规划，为其健康发展提供参考依据。

Investigation on the current development status of physical education in independent colleges in Hunan Province

Objective--To investigate the current development status of physical education （PE） in independent colleges in Hunan Province, China so as to provide reference for education management and the development and reform of PE in colleges and universities. Methods--Literature investigation, expert interview, questionnaire and others are used in this paper to investigate PE administration, teaching of PE, extra-curricular sports activities, physical teachers, sports venues and facilities of 15 independent colleges in Hunan Province and to analyze the investigation results. Results--The three levels of management are carried out in PE administrative management of most independent colleges. There are such problems as insufficient academic year and period of PE teaching in all colleges, single teaching form and content, unsatisfactory extracurricular sports activities, unreasonable structure of PE teachers, incomplete separation of the property rights of sports facilities of some independent col- leges and less than half the national basic requirements of sports area per student. Conclusion--Current development status of PE in independent colleges in Hunan Province is not optimistic, it is necessary to introduce some specific and practical corrective measures and development planning in order to provide a reference for its healthv develonment_
