| 摘 要： | 提高高校学生道德素质已被提上了日程,加强高校教师道德素质建设就成了迫切要求。本文就我国高校教师道德素质建设问题谈了一些看法,主要分析了我国高校教师道德素质存在的问题及其产生原因,并提出了一些提高高校教师的道德素质的措施。
