摘    要:以实用化为目标,对15#、45#、20CrMnTi钢质直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻工艺进行了系统研究,提出了闭式锻挤-约束孔分流两步成形实用化工艺方案和基于变位理论的齿形凹模修正设计方法。研究结果表明,两步成形法是降低直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形力的有效方法,采用本文提出的齿形凹模修正设计方法可获得较高的齿形精度。

Abstract:With the aim of the practical production, the cold precision forging technology of spur gears are researched systematically for 15#, 45# and 20 CrMnTi steel. The two-step forming technology combined closed die-forging with constrained hole divided-flow is presented. The updated design method of teethshape die based on addendum modification theory is proposed. The results show that the two-step forming technique is very effective on decreasing cold precision forging load of spur gears and the cold forged 20 CrMnTi steel spur gears have higher precision by applying the teeth-shape modification method proposed.
