离子交换树脂中可溶性有机物去除工艺研究

摘    要:在离子交换树脂(以下简称树脂)合成过程中会带入一些可溶性有机物,这些可溶性有机物在树脂使用时会不断析出,影响混床出水水质,本文针对凝水净化用树脂JL201和JL001,研究了动态碱洗法和动态热溶法等去除树脂中可溶性有机物的工艺,试验结果表明,选定工艺对树脂中可溶性有同物去除效果好,对树脂的交换容是和机械强度基本无影响,且费用低,简单易行。

Abstract:Most ion exchange resins contain soluble organic matter which is pulled in during synthesis. The soluble organic matter can release continuously when the resins are used, which will influence the outlet water quality of mixed bed. Technology of removing soluble organic matter in condensate polishing resins, JL201 and JL001, includes demineralized water eluting and alkaline eluting is discussed in this paper. The results show that the methods selected are effective, economical, feasible and almost have no effect on exchange capacity and mechanical strength of the resins.
