10CrNiCu钢冷弯裂纹分析

摘    要:对10CrNiCu钢板冷弯开裂进行分析,结果显示钢板浅表层出现粗晶区,在粗晶区原奥氏体晶界处分布有少量链状铁素体,粗晶区与钢板内部细晶区硬度差异较大,这是引起钢板冷弯开裂的主要原因。钢板表面残留的氧化铁皮是导致冷弯裂纹的另一诱因。

Abstract:The cold-bend cracks are analyzed for lOCrNiCu steel. The results show that coarse gain zones, in which some chain shape ferrites are observed on austenite grain boundary,occur near the sample surface. The difference of hardness between the coarse grains region and fine grain size region within steel is the main factor which causes the steel plate impair when being bent. It also shows that the residual scale on steel plate surface is another factor causing cracks during the cooling process.
