| 摘 要： | 目的:对2007年中国科技信息研究所收录的南京军区南京总医院(南京总医院)于2006年发表的SCI论文进行文献计量学分析,揭示医院的学术科研水平,为医院管理决策、提升SCI论文数质量提供参考. 方法:采用文献计量学方法对南京总医院SCI论文的总数、科室分布、作者分布、来源期刊等情况进行计量统计,并对结果进行分析. 结果:2007年公布南京总医院SCI论文74篇,在全国医疗机构中排名第6、在全军排名第2,医院各科室论文收录情况不均衡,第一作者多为高学历人员,在读研究生略多于本院人员,来源期刊有54种,平均影响因子1.849,最高为5.391. 结论:南京总医院SCI论文主要集中在重点科室,以高学历人员、在读研究生为主,发表在高影响因子期刊上的论文较少.
