| 摘 要： | 自泳涂装是通过化学反应在钢铁基材表面形成漆膜的一种涂装方式.介绍了自泳涂装的反应机理及涂装工艺,通过与阴极电泳的比较分析了自泳涂装的漆膜性能及优缺点,认为自泳涂装可在一定范围内替代阴极电泳.

| Abstract: | As a kind of painting method, autodeposition can be used to prepare coatings on steel substrate by way of chemical reaction. Thus a review was given on the reaction mechanism and painting technology of the autodeposition coating. The properties and advantages and disadvantages of the autodeposition coating were analyzed with respect to cathodic electrophoresis. It was pointed out that the autodeposition coating could be used to substitute cathodic electrophoresis in some scopes. |
