运用QC活动提高运动地板施工质量的分析

在杭州市大浒弄地块配套小学项目工程中,室内运动场系本工程设置的重要教育设施,运动地板施工质量直接影响使用功能.项目部成立室内运动地板施工质量QC管理小组,对影响运动地板施工质量的龙骨固定、地板质量、地板保养等主要质量缺陷进行了认真调研分析,并针对造成运动地板施工质量缺陷的主要因素制定对策.通过对室内运动地板的施工质量检测,证明较好完成了提高室内运动地板的施工质量的预定目标.

On Quality Control of Stadium Floor Constructing

Indoor stadium is one of the important education facilities in Dahunong elementary school supporting project,whose function is directly influenced by the constructing quality of the stadium floor.Quality Control Team is organized to monitor the constructing process of stadium floor and the major quality defects,such as keel fixation,floor quality,and floor maintenance and so on,have been investigated.The pertinent adjustment on defect treatment assures the constructing quality of the indoor stadium floor,proved by the constructing quality testing.
