| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定小儿复方氨基酸注射液(19AA-Ⅰ)中牛磺酸的分析方法.方法用SHIMADZU VP-ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),采用甲醇流动相体系,检测波长为248nm.结果牛磺酸在8μg·mL~25μg·mL-1之间与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.68%(RSD=1.24%).结论方法操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于小儿复方氨基酸注射液(19AA-Ⅰ)的质量控制.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of taurine in Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection(19AA-Ⅰ).METHODS The HPLC method was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS column,methanol as mobile phase,and detection wavelength was set at 248nm.RESULTS The liner range of taurine was 8μg·ml-1～25μg·ml-1(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 98.68% with RSD=1.24%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,highly repeatable,highly sensitive and specific,and can be used for quality control of Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection(19AA-Ⅰ). |
