| 摘 要： | 介绍一种卧式加工中心工作台自动识别系统,通过该系统能够自动识别工作台,数控系统可根据识别信息自动调用相应程序进行加工,从而提高加工效率。该系统结构简单,可靠性高,自动化程度高,在提高效率的同时,还能够避免人工出错。由于激光精度高稳定性好,可适应较多工作台数量的识别。

A Kind of Automatic Identification System of the Horizontal Machining Center Workbench |

| Abstract: | An automatic identification system of a horizontal machining center workbench was introduced. Using the system, workbench could be automatically identified, NC system could automatically call corresponding procedures for processing according to the identifying information, thus the machining efficiency was improved. This system is simple and reliable, has high degree of automa?tion, can be used to improve the efficiency as well as avoiding artificial error. Due to high precision and high stability of laser, the sys?tem can adapt to more workbench identification. |
