摘    要:介绍一种基于OMRON FINS协议和NJ301 Ethercat网络的流水线实时监控系统,介绍该控制系统软件及硬件的设计方法。基于FINS协议,通过VB2008和SQL Server2008数据库实现数据处理和生产管理。实际应用表明:该系统能稳定有效地对流水线设备实现实时监测和控制。

Design of the Monitoring System Based on OMRON NJ301 Network Communication
Abstract:An real?time monitoring system for assembly line based on OMRON FINS protocol and NJ301 Ethercat network was in?troduced. Its software and hardware design methods were introduced. Based on FINS protocol, VB2008 and SQL Server2008 were used to implement the data processing and production management. Practical application shows that the real?time monitoring system for as?sembly system is stable and effective.
