甲状腺癌的螺旋CT诊断

目的分析甲状腺癌的螺旋CT征象，探讨螺旋CT对甲状腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。法回顾性分析35例甲状腺癌的螺旋CT资料．将CT诊断和手术、病理结果进行对比分析。结果35例甲状腺癌中乳头状癌26例、滤泡状癌6例、未分化癌2例、髓样癌1例，甲状腺癌边界不规则，可有颗粒状钙化，强化不匀．易侵犯周围器官并发生淋巴结转移。结论 螺旋CT对甲状腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断具有重大的价值。

Spiral CT Application on Diagnosis of Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT on diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma through analyzing the signs of spiral CT. Methods CT findings in 35 patients of thyroid carcinoma, confirmed by the pathology, were retrospectively analyzed and the correlation between CT imaging and pathology were reviewed. Results There were 35 patients ( n = 35) of thyroid carcinoma in this study. The thyroid carcinoma included papillary carcinoma (n = 26) , follicular carcinoma (n = 6), undifferentiated carcinoma (n = 2) and medullar carcinoma (n = 1). Some characteristic signs, such as irregular tumor outline, discrete granular calcification, heterogeneous enhancement, invading neighbor structures and cervical lymph node metastasis, could been seen in thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion Spiral CT has a notable advantage on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
