子宫颈癌患者血清细胞因子检测的临床意义

摘    要: 目的 检测子宫颈癌患者血清中6种细胞因子(IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-5、IL-4、IL-2)的水平,探讨其临床价值。方法 利用流式细胞术(FCM)检测51例子宫颈癌患者和51名体检健康女性血清中6种细胞因子水平。结果 6种细胞因子的表达子宫颈癌组均高于正常对照组,除TNF-α以外其他5种细胞因子的表达水平两组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫颈癌患者血清中 Th1/Th2比率倒置,与健康组比较差异无统计学意义(P = 0.06);各细胞因子表达在子宫颈癌患者临床分期、有无淋巴结转移之间比较差异无统计学意义。Th1/Th2比率在有无淋巴结转移之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2的失衡造成机体免疫功能紊乱,有利于肿瘤细胞的逃逸,这可能是导致癌发生、发展的机制之一。调节Th1/Th2的平衡状态将成为肿瘤免疫治疗的又一方向。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical significance through the detection of six cytokines (IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-10, IL-5, IL-4, IL-2) in serum of uterine cervix cancer patients. Methods Flow cy-tometry was used to examine six cytokines in serum of fifty-one uterine cervix cancer patients and fifty-one healthy persons as control. Results The six cytokines of uterine cervix cancer patients were all higher than healthy persons as control. Except of TNF-α there were significantly difference in the expression level of other cytokines between the two groups(P <0.05). Compared with healthy persons the uterine cervix cancer patients showed imbalance of Th1/Th2(P = 0.06). In different clinical stage and lymphnode metastases groups no sig-nificant difference was found (P >0.05). Th1/Th2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P <0.05). Con-clusion Th1/Th2 imbalance can result in immun ologic function turbulence and be in favor of tumor cells escape, which maybe one of the mechanisms of uterine cervix carcinogenesis. Regulating the Th1/Th2 balance will become another way of tumor immunotherapy.
