基于ANSYS的辅助变压器柜结构模态分析及稳态响应研究

摘    要:对辅助变压器柜体建立了有限元力学模型,应用有限元方法对在偏心载荷下的柜体进行模态和谐响应分析计算,从理论上得到柜体动态力学特性和稳态响应,确定了辅助变压器柜在振动激励频率(0~99Hz)下的振动显著位置,提出柜体结构优化的方法.分析结果表明,优化后的柜体整体振动速度和振幅均有明显降低,同时也为其他同类产品的设计提供了参考.

Abstract:The finite element mechanics model about auxiliary transformer cubicle is established, modal analysis and steady-state response are analyzed with finite element method under gauche loads condition. The theoretical steady-state response and dynamic mechanical properties are obtained, and the obvious vibration response of positions on auxiliary transformer cubicle under 0-99 Hz vibrant gauche loads are identified. The optimization method about cubicle is proposed. The results shows that vibration velocity and amplitude of the optimized cubicle are reduced obviously, and can be referenced in the design of other similar products.
