高层建筑上部结构与桩筏基础的共同作用分析

摘    要:利用有限单元法分析了高层建筑上部空间结构与桩承筏基的相互作用原理,重点探讨了上部结构刚度及荷载影响时,桩筏基础的工作机理.通过对上部结构和筏基的内力计算与分析得出了上部结构中心柱列有卸荷现象以及筏基承受外荷载的影响因素,这对设计工作有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The interaction principle of the upper space structure of the high-rise buildings and the pile bearing mat foundation have been analysed by infinite element method. The working principle of the pile mat foundation is discussed when the stiffness and loadings effected on the upper structure. By calculating and analysing the internal force of the upper structure and mat foundation, it is considered that there is a unloading phenomena in the central pile of the upper structure and an effect of the external loadings on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
