降压联合他汀类治疗对高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响

目的:观察降压联合他汀类药物治疗后,高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)和斑块的改变。方法:将235例原发性高血压伴颈动脉IMT增厚≥0.9 mm患者随机分为3组,在服用降压药物的同时,A组加用辛伐他汀20 mg/d;B组加用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d;C组仅服降压药。3组均于用药18个月后以多普勒超声复查颈动脉IMT和斑块的变化。结果:联合辛伐他汀组或阿托伐他汀组IMT显著降低,斑块缩小,且联合阿托伐他汀组更加显著(P<0.05);单独降压治疗组IMT和动脉斑块无明显变化(P=0.052)。结论:降压联合他汀类药物治疗能显著减少IMT厚度和斑块大小,改善动脉粥样硬化。

Effects of combined anti-hypertensive and statin treatment on carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque in patients with hypertension

Objective:This study aimed to assess the effects of combined antihypertensive and statin treatment on carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) and atherosclerotic plaque in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 235 hypertensive patients with increased IMT(≥0.9mm) were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A,simvastatin 20mg/d;Group B,atorvastatin 10mg/d;Group C,anti-hypertension only(control group).Carotid IMT and plaques were measured by Doppler technique before and 18 months after treatment.Results:Both IMT and plaque were significantly decreased in Group A and Group B(P<0.05),which was more significant in Group B.IMT was slightly decreased(P=0.052) and plaque was unchanged in the control group.Conclusion:Combined treatment with anti-hypertension and statin reduces carotid IMT and plaque in patients with hypertension.
