利多卡因和氟比洛芬酯联用治疗异丙酚注射痛的疗效观察

目的 评估利多卡因和氟比洛芬酯联用治疗异丙酚注射痛的疗效观察.方法 将100例年龄22 ～69 a的患者(男55例,女45例)随机分成4组:安慰剂组(生理盐水)；利多卡因40 mg组；氟比洛芬酯50 mg组:利多卡因-氟比洛芬酯联用组(n=25),静脉阻塞2min,然后手背静脉注射0.5 mg/kg的异丙酚.结果 异丙酚注射痛在安慰剂组、利多卡因组、氟比洛芬酯组、联用组分别为88％、32％ 、40％和8％.结论 利多卡因40 mg和氟比洛芬酯注射液50 mg联合治疗有效地降低了异丙酚注射痛.

Observation on Effect of Lidocaine Combined with Flurbiprofen Axetil on Reducing Pain during Injection of Propofol

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of the combined therapy of lidocaine and flurbiprofen axetil for reducing pain during the injection of propofol.Methods One hundred patients aged 22～69 years old(55 men and 45 women) were divided into 4 groups: placebo(saline);lidocaine 40 mg;flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg,or both,with venous occlusion for 2 min,followed by administration of propofol 0.5 mg/kg into a dorsal hand vein.Results The rate of propofol-induced pain in patients of placebo group,lidocaine group,flurbiprofen axetil group,and combined group were 88%,32%,40% and 8%,respectively.Conclusion lidocaine/flurbiprofen axetil combination can effectively reduces pain during the injection of propofol.
