腹部B超与阴道B超在异位妊娠诊断中的比较

摘    要:目的:探讨腹部B超与阴道B超对异位妊娠的临床诊断价值,为临床应用提供参考意见。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2016年1月所收治的110例异位妊娠患者根据检查方式的不同分成腹部超声组和阴道超声组,每组55例。对比两组患者诊断符合率、特异度及灵敏度。结果腹部超声组患者中,诊断符合率为70.91%、特异度为67.27%、灵敏度为69.09%;阴道超声组中,诊断符合率为94.55%、特异度为92.73%、灵敏度为90.91%;组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阴道B超检查应用于异位妊娠临床诊断中,符合率、特异度及灵敏度均高于腹部B超检查,临床应用价值更高;但是,由于阴道B超检查仍存有一定盲区,在临床应用时可与腹部B超检查灵活配合使用,避免漏诊、误诊发生。

Comparison of Abdominal B Ultrasound and Vaginal B Ultrasound in Diag-nosis of Ectopic Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of abdominal b ultrasound and vaginal b ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and provide reference for clinical application. Methods 110 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into the abdominal ultrasound group and the vaginal ultrasound group with 55 cases in each according to the examination methods, and the diagnostic accordance rate, specificity degree and sensitivity degree were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the diagnostic accordance rate, specificity degree and sensitivity degree between the abdominal ultrasound group and the vaginal ultra-sound group had statistical significance by comparison (70.91%, 67.27%, 69.09% vs 94.55%, 92.73%, 90.91%)(P<0.01). Conclusion The accordance rate, specificity degree and sensitivity degree of vaginal b ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy are higher than those of abdominal b ultrasound, and the clinical application value is higher, however, we should flexibly apply abdominal b ultrasound and vaginal b ultrasound in clinical application because the vaginal b ultra-sound examination still has a certain blind area in order to avoid the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
