| 摘 要： | 专利资助已经成为培育企业知识产权能力的重要方式.专利资助政策包括专利申请资助、专利创造资助以及专利运用资助等.文章系统梳理了宁波专利资助政策,分析了其对专利数量和专利结构的影响,认为现阶段只要合理规范专利资助范围和对象,专利资助政策的作用是明显的.
