摘    要:目的通过对某高分子材料厂职业病危害控制效果的评价,了解与掌握其聚氨酯薄膜生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出职业病防治的重点。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测检验和检查表法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素有粉尘、毒物(丙烯腈、苯乙烯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氰化氢、乙醇、丙烯酸等)、噪声、高温等。各岗位(检测点)毒物和粉尘浓度、噪声强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的。。

Evaluation of Control Effect on Occupational Hazards of a Polymer Materials Plant

Abstract: Objective]To find out the possible hazardous factors of the occupational diseases in the production process of the polyure- thane film through evaluating the control effect on occupational hazards, and explore the critical control point of the relevant preventive Methods ] The Methods of the spot occupational hygiene investigation, check lists and occupational risk factors detection in the workplaces were applied to evaluate the control effect on the occupational hazards in the construction project. Results ] The major occupational hazardous factors in the project were dust,poisonous chemicals (acrylonitrile, styrene monomer, MDI, hydrocyanic acid, eth- ylene glycol and acrylic acid etc), noise and high temperature etc. The results of dust, noise and poisonous chemicals detected at all the monitoring sites all reached the requirements of the national occupational hygienic standards. Conclusion] The protective measures to control the occupational hazards in the construction project of the polymer materials plant were effective and feasible.
