大批量自内障手术患者的护理安全管理方法及效果

目的探讨大批量白内障手术患者的护理安全管理方法及其效果。方法将本院大批量白内障手术护理安全管理工作分成两个阶段，即2009年1-12月为第一阶段，采取常规护理安全管理方法；2010年1-12月为第二阶段，采取强化护理安全管理方法，比较两个阶段进行大批量白内障手术的效果。结果2009年1-12月第一阶段，患者对护理安全工作的满意度评价是（62．12±3．12）分，感染发生8例．感染发生率1．05％；2010年1-12月第二阶段，患者对护理工作的满意度评价是（83．23±5．43）分，感染发生0例，感染发生率为0。两个阶段的患者满意度评价和感染发生率之间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采取严格的强化护理安全管理方法，可以更好地保证大批量白内障手术的质量安全，值得推广使用。

The nursing safety management and effect of mass patients with cataract surgery

Objective To explore the nursing safety management and effect of mass patients with cataract surgery. Methods Divided the nursing safety management into 2 phases, phase 1 from January 2009 to December 2009, routine nursing safety management had been adopted, and phase 2 from January 2010 to December 2010, intensive nursing safety management had been adopted. The results of these two phases were compared. Results In phase 1, from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009, the evolution of patient＇s satisfaction was （62.12±3.12）, and 8 cases of infection, the rate of infection was 1.05%; In Phase 2, Jan 2010-Dec.2010, the evolution of patients＇ satisfaction was （83.23±5.43）, zero infection, the rate of infection was zero. There were distinct differences in the patients＇ satisfaction and the rate of infection in these two phases, P 〈 0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion The intensive nursing safety management ensures the quality safety in the cataract surgery of mass patients.
