| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原125（CA125）和糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的意义。方法采用电化学发光法对40例确诊卵巢癌患者、40例正常人血清进行了三项肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125和CA19-9的测定。结果卵巢癌单项检测阳性率：CEA为21.9%,CA125为75.6%,CA19-9为51.2%,三项联合检测可提高卵巢癌的敏感性至90.2%,明显高于单项检测的敏感性。结论肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA19-9联合检测可以显著提高卵巢癌诊断的阳性率,为处于亚临床期的卵巢癌患者及正常体检人群中卵巢肿瘤的早期检出提供了可靠的检测方法。
