Bmi-1、P14及P16蛋自在结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨Bmi-1、P14及P16蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选择60份结肠癌组织标本及60份癌旁正常结肠组织,采用组化免疫方法染色,观察Bmi-1、P14及P16蛋白的表达强度、阳性率及其相关关系。结果Bmi-1蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达强度、阳性率高于正常结肠组织,P14及P16蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达强度及阳性率低于正常结肠癌组织。相关性分析发现,结肠癌组织Bmi-1蛋白表达同P14及P16蛋白表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.419,P〈0.05;r=-0.372,P〈0.05),P14同P16蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0.537,P〈0.05)。结论Bmi-1蛋白在结肠癌组织过度表达,其可能对P14及P16蛋白的负向调控在结肠癌的发生及发展中发挥作用。

Expression and Significance of Bmi-1, P14 and P16 Proteinum in Colon Carcinoma Tissue

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance and expression of Bmi-1, P14 and P16 proteinum in colon carcinoma tissue. Methods Sixty tissues of colon carcinoma and sixty tissues of normal colon were selected and stain with immunizing histological chemistry way. Expression intensity and positive ratio of Bmi-1, P14 and P16 proteinum were detected and correlation between Bmi-1, P14 and P16 proteinum were analysized. Results Expression intensity and positive ratio of Bmi-1 were higher in tissues of colon carcinoma than in tissues of normal colon, expression intensity and positive ratio of P14 and P16 proteinum were lower in tissues of colon carcinoma than in tissues of normal colon, correlation test showed that there were negative correlation between Bmi-1 and P14, P16 proteinum (r=-0.419, P 〈 0.05; r=- 0.372, P 〈 0.05 ), there was positive correlation between P14 and P16 proteinum (r=0.537, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Bmi-1 proteinum was over expression in tissues of colon carcinoma, that maybe have a effect in genesis and genesis of colon carcinoma by negative-going control to PI4 and P16 proteinum.
