| 摘 要： | 目的研究活动平板运动试验后QT离散度(QTr)变化对冠心病诊断的意义。方法经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病的患者47例,冠状动脉正常者49例。分析比较两组活动平板运动前和运动后,即刻、2min及4min12导联心电图QTr变化。结果冠心病组运动后各时相QTr比运动前明显升高(P<0.01);冠状动脉正常组运动后各时相QTr与运动前比较无明显差异(P>0.05);冠心病组运动后各时相QTr比冠状动脉正常组运动后各时相QTr均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论冠心病组活动平板试验后QTr进一步显著升高,提示运动后QTr有助于反映冠状动脉病变及心肌缺血,是活动平板试验诊断冠心病心肌缺血敏感而特异的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the QT diffusion change of moving plate ECG for the diagnostic significance for coronary artery disease (CHD). Methods 47 cases (test group) who obtained the diagnosis by angiography and 49 normal people (control group) were analyzed in before and after, 2 min, 4 min in 12 leads MPECG. Results The every phases after moving in test group were higher than those before moving in test group and those in control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of QT diffusion might reflect that there might be ischemia of myocardium. This might be the specific sensitive diagnostic standard for CHD. |
