摘    要:预聚物和单体对水性UV光油的性能影响很大。通过一系列实验研究,探讨了预聚物、单体及其比例变化对光油黏度、固化功率及附着力的影响。实验结果表明,预聚物2258制备的光油体系固化功率较低,2587制备的光油体系有良好的附着力;单体HDDA制备的光油体系有良好的附着力,TMPTA可以降低体系的固化功率。为了获得综合性能良好的水性UV光油,运用配方试验方法,采用混合预聚物、混合单体制备光油,获得各预聚物,各单体之间的最优配比。混合预聚物与混合单体的比例变化也对光油的性能有明显的影响,当其比例为1:1.6时,制备的水性UV光油具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:Pre-polymer and monomer seriously affect the performance of water-base UV varnish.The effect of pre-polymers and monomers on viscosity,curing power and adhesion of water-base UV varnish is studied through a series of experiments.The results show that the varnish with the pre-polymer 2258 can lower curing power and the varnish with the pre-polymer 2587 has better adhesion.The monomer HDDA has excellent adhesion and the monomer TMPTA can lower curing power of varnish.In order to improve the performances of wa...
