| 摘 要： | 目的观察瑞替普酶(r-PA)和尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效。方法将124例患者随机分为两组,r-PA组64例,以瑞替普酶20Mu间隔30min分2次静脉推注;尿激酶组60例,以尿激酶150万U30min静脉滴注溶栓。比较两组的再通率、出血并发症的发生率。结果两组患者发病<6h、6～12h的开通率及总开通率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论r-PA溶栓的疗效明显优于尿激酶,且安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy using reteplase(r-PA)and urokinase in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 124 patients with AMI were randomized to receive either reteplase or urokinase.Group A(64 cases) accepted reteplsae was administered as 2 intravenous bolus injections of 10 Mu 30 minutes apart;Group B(60 cases) accepted urokinase was administered as 1.5 million units intravenous dropping within 30 minutes.Patency rate,the incidence of bleeding complications of the two groups were compared.Results Patency rate was 84% in r-PA group and 67 % in urokinase group.The incidence of bleeding complications was 7.81% in r-PA group and 20.00% in urokinase group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of reteplsae are superior to urokinase. |
