摘    要:目的:探讨FITC-PSA荧光标记法在检测人精子顶体结构中的临床应用价值。方法:应用络合异硫氰酸荧光素的碗豆凝集素(FITC-PSA)进行精子顶体荧光标记,分别测定58例不育患者及46例正常生育男子的精液标本,比较两组间精子顶体完整率的差异。结果:正常生育组的精子顶体完整率显著高于不育组(P〈0.01)。结论:FITC-TSA荧光标记法操作简单,技术结果可靠,特异性强,可作为评价人精子授精能力的一

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of fluorescein-labeled pisum sativum agglutinin to detection of structure of human sperm acrosome Methods:The rate of acrosome-intact was detected using Fluorescein-labeled pisum sativum agglutinin,and the difference between fertile men and infertile men were compared Result:the acrosome-intact rate in fertile men was higher signilicantly than that in infertile men(P<0 01) condusions:The authors consider that the simple and reliable PSA fluorescent staining is a valuable method for detection of human sperm acrosome and assessment of the fertilizing ability
