宫颈癌化疗患者护理干预对生存质量的影响

目的 探析宫颈癌化疗患者实施集束化护理干预后,对患者负面情绪及生存质量的影响.方法 选取于本院进行化疗的64例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,采用Excel数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例.其中对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行集束化护理干预.分别采用SAS/SDS量表、EORTC QLC-C30量表及自制调查问卷对两组患者的心理状态、生存质量及护理满意度进行观察比较.结果 两组患者护理前后SAS、SDS评分均有显著改善(P＜0.05),但护理后研究组上述评分显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);护理干预后研究组在躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生存质量上显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);对照组不满意5例,护理满意度为84.4％,研究组不满意1例,护理满意度为96.9％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对宫颈癌化疗患者行集束化护理干预,可显著改善患者负面情绪,坚定后续治疗的信心,从而改善患者生存质量;同时也能大幅提高护理满意度,利于良好护患关系的建立,临床可以考虑推广运用.

Effect of Cluster Intervention on Life Quality in Patients with Cervical Cancer Chemotherapy

Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the negative emotion and life quality of patients with cervical cancer after chemotherapy.Methods 64 cases of cervical cancer patients treated with chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the excel numbers,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,the research group in the control group based on the ascending bundle of nursing intervention.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were observed and compared by using SAS/SDS scale,QLC-C30 EORTC scale and self-made questionnaire.Results Two groups of patients before and after nursing SAS and SDS scores were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),but the score after nursing study group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);nursing intervention study group in physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life were better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the control group with 5 cases,nursing satisfaction was 84.4％,1 case in study group were not satisfactory,nursing satisfaction was 96.9％,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Condusion For patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotion of patients,firm confidence in the follow-up treatment,so as to improve the life quality of patients.Meanwhile it can improve nursing satisfaction to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients.The clinical application can be considered.
