中压同步电动机磁控软起动系统仿真

摘    要:本文分析了利用磁阀式可控电抗器(MCR)实现大型中压同步电动机软起动的工作原理,对主电路中采用的磁阀式可控电抗器建立了基于Matlab/Simulink等效电路模型,并利用该模型搭建了Matlab/Simulink软起动装置系统仿真电路,为软起动器所使用的磁阀式可控电抗器的设计以及起动效果的分析提供了依据.该仿真系统已经成功应用于河南安钢集团某铁厂8400kW/6kV同步电动机磁控软起动装置中,效果良好.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the working principle of medium-voltage(MV) synchronous motor soft starter based on the magnetic-valve controllable reactor(MCR).The equivalent-circuit model of MCR is established based on Matlab/Simulink.And the whole soft starter simulation system is designed using this model.This system helps to design MCR and analyze the result of soft starting.The proposed simulation system has been verified on a 6kV/8400kW synchronous motor soft starter based on the MCR in a steel company.
