摘    要:藤子沟水电站双曲拱坝采用砂岩作为混凝土砂石骨料。砂岩因其具有坚固性低、表观密度偏低、吸水率偏大等超规范指标及骨料内部结构不密实、表面较灰岩骨料粗糙、用水量及水泥用量高、线膨胀系数较灰岩大等特点,因而需根据混凝土原材料情况调整其施工工艺、质量控制、接缝灌浆及温控防裂措施。本文针对藤子沟水电站双曲拱坝混凝土工艺及质量、温控等,对其施工工艺和质量控制进行了详细介绍。

Abstract:A kind of sandstone was adopted as material of concrete aggregate in double arch dam project of Tengzigou Hydropower Station. Sandstone has some features such as low intensity and apparent density, water absorption at high side, low compactness of inside structure, more crude of surface and bigger coefficient of linear expansion than limestone, need more water and cement in mixing, and etc. The process of mixing concrete, therefore, need be adjusted, as well as in order to insure construction quality, some measures must be adopted such as joint grouting, temperature control and anti-checking ones. The article introduces in detail concrete mixing process, quality control measure in constructing double arch dam of Tengzigou Hydropower Station.
