摘    要:Aspen Plus软件是生产装置设计、稳态模拟和优化的大型通用流程模拟系统,该软件经过20多年的不断改进、扩充和提高,已先后推出了10多个版本,成为公认的标准大型流程模拟软件,近年来逐步应用于中国各炼油、石化等过程工业生产装置中来。应用流程模拟技术建立的聚丙烯模型,可用于研究聚合物产量和聚合物密度、熔体流动速率、等规度等聚合物属性与各操作条件之间的关系,从而优化装置操作,提高产品产量和质量;同时可优化丙烯回收单元的操作,最大程度节能降耗。应用该模拟软件,对济南炼化10×104t/a Spheripol工艺聚丙烯装置的部分操作参数进行灵敏度分析,在提高产量、降低原料消耗、减少丙烯排放等方面取得了实效,全年可实现装置挖潜增效264万元,济南炼化聚丙烯装置流程模拟优化项目取得成功。

Abstract:The Aspen Plus software is a large general-purpose process simulation system used in production unit design,steady-state simulation and unit optimization.After more than 20 years of improvements and expansion,this software has evolved through more than 10 editions.It is now a recognized standard large process simulation software product and has been applied in industrial production units in China′s refining and petrochemical industry in recent years.Polypropylene models established using process simulation technology can be used in the study of the relationships between polymer properties such as polymer output and density,melt flow rate and isotacticity and various operating conditions so as to optimize the operation of units and raise product output and quality.In addition,the technology can be used to optimize the operation of propylene recovery units to maximize energy savings.Technicians used this simulation software to carry out a sensitivity analysis for some operating parameters of Sinopec Jinan Company′s 10×104t/a polypropylene unit which uses the Spheripol technology.The software helped the company effectively raise output,reduce feedstock consumption and cut propylene emissions and annual economic benefits from the application of the software reached 2.64 million yuan.These achievements suggest that Sinopec Jinan Company′s polypropylene unit process simulation and optimization program was successful.
