对中医治疗月经病的文献研究

目的:分析我国关于中医治疗月经病的相关文献,了解中医治疗月经病研究热点、存在问题及展望未来方向,为中医治疗月经病提供情报导向。方法:利用《中国生物医学文献数据库》、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),以中医、月经病为检索词,通过NoteExpress处理和统计数据,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,对2000-2010年有关中医治疗月经病的相关文献进行综合统计和分析。结果:检索到相关文献337篇,我国中医治疗月经病的相关研究文献量较少,研究领域比较广泛,但诊疗标准不明确。结论:需进一步规范研究方法和临床诊疗标准以促进中医治疗月经病的进一步发展。

The Literature Study of TCM Treatment of Menstrual Disease

Objective: To analyze the literature related to TCM treatment of menstrual disease in order to understand the research hot topics,existing problems and future direction of Chinese medicine treatment of menstrual disease,then to provide useful information guide for researchers in this field.Methods: Taking the "Chinese biological medical literature database"(CBMdisc),Wanfang Data and VIP-Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Database as statistical source,and using TCM and menstrual disease as the search terms,and statistical data processing by NoteExpress,then using bibliometric methods and content analysis to gather statistics from the literature Published from 2000 to 2010 on TCM of menstrual disease and do comprehensive analysis.Results: 337 relevant documents retrieved,The literature related to the TCM of menstrual disease is less,and the range of research areas is wide.But the standard of diagnosis and treatment is not clear,Conclusion: we need to further standardize the research methods and the clinical standard of diagnosis and treatment.
