电控泵管嘴系统在柴油发电机组脉冲工况中的控制策略研究

摘    要:在GT-POWER与Matlab耦合仿真和试验验证的基础上,对电控泵管嘴燃油喷射柴油发电机组在脉冲工况下的动态特性进行了仿真,研究了不同PID控制参数对脉冲工况下柴油机性能的影响,得到了一组理想的控制参数;并提出了首脉冲负载加载前提高柴油机转速的方案,以增大机组轴系在脉冲负载加载前的能量,减小机组在脉冲过程中的动态调速率。仿真结果显示,在理想的PID参数下,机组的动态调速率可由现场试验的6.8%降至4.0%,如果首脉冲负载加载前提前升高柴油机转速,机组的动态调速率可降至2.8%。
