经肝动脉化疗栓塞联合经皮肝穿注射热碘油治疗原发性肝癌

目的探讨经皮肝穿刺注射热碘油联合经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法 64例原发性肝癌随机分为2组,32例患者采用TACE术后并经皮肝穿刺注射热碘油治疗作为试验组;另外32例患者TACE治疗作为对照组。结果试验组有效率为68%,对照组有效率为34%,两组间有统计学差异。两组治疗前后肿瘤大小变化有统计学差异;术后随访试验组6、12、18、24个月生存率分别为100%,84%,50%,31%;对照组分别为94%,69%,38%,15%。但两组术后肝功能损害比较无统计学差异。结论经皮肝穿刺注射热碘油联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的效果明显优于常规TACE治疗。

Percutaneous liver injecting thermo-lipiodol combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous liver injecting thermo-lipiodol combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver carcinoma.Methods The 64 cases of primary liver cancer were divided into two groups randomly: 32 patients treated with TACE and percutaneous liver injection thermo-lipiodol therapy after operation,as the treatment group;another 32 patients treated with TACE as the control group.Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 68%,34% respectively which had statistical significance between two groups.After operation,the narrowing change of tumor size had statistical significance;postoperative follow-up in treatment group and control group was all for 6,12,18,24months;and the survival rate of treatment groups was 100,84%,50%,31% respectively;for control group,94%,69%,38%,15% respectively.However,there was no statistical significance in postoperative damage of liver function between two groups.Conclusion The clinical effects of percutaneous liver injecting thermo-lipiodol combined with TACE in treatment of primary liver carcinoma is better than routine TACE therapy obviously.
