摘    要:简要介绍了铜阳极板整形加工机组的结构以及卧式加工流程,根据整形加工工艺的要求,研制了包括压紧、定位和矫耳装置的铜阳极板吊耳卧式加工装置。该装置对外形质量差和类型不同的阳极板加工适应性强,并且其设计思路对类似产品的设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:The structure of copper anode plastic processing unit and horizontal processing flow were simply introduced in the paper, on the basis of plastic processing technology, copper anode plate lug processing device were developed, which include hold down gear, positioning device and correctional device. The different types of poor plate can be processed by the lug processing device. Designing concept of the device has some reference values to the design of similar products.
