磷石膏综合利用制高浓度NPK复肥工业试验研究

摘    要:湿法磷酸生产副产磷石膏的堆放不仅占用大量土地,而且严重污染环境。就磷石膏综合利用,以磷石膏、碳酸氢铵、氨、尿素、氯化钾和MAP为原料,生产60kt/a硫基NPK、60kt/a氯基NPK和26kt/aCaCO3的工业试验核心部分,提出了磷石膏转化制硫酸铵,并与氯化钾复分解制硫酸钾铵的优惠工艺条件和消耗定额,认为该工艺技术成熟、流程通畅、操作灵活、运行正常,磷石膏中硫的利用率达到了95%,三废达标排放,副产CaCO3可做水泥生产的原料。

Abstract:The storage of the by-product phosphogypsum from wet phosphoric acid production not only takes a lot of space,but also poses a severe pollution of the environment.For the core part of the commercial test of the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum where the raw materials including phosphogypsum,ammonium bicarbonate,ammonia,urea,potassium chloride and MAP are used to produce 60 kt/a sulfur-based NPK,60 kt/a chlorine-based NPK and 26 kt/a CaCO_3,it proposes the favorable process conditions and consumption figures of the conversion of phosphogypsum into ammonium sulfate and the decomposition with potassium chloride to make ammonium potassium sulfate.It is considered that the process technology is mature,the flow is smooth,the operation is flexible and the operation is normal.The utilization of sulfur in the phosphogypsum is up to 95%.The discharge of three wastes meets the standard requirements and the by-product CaCO_3 can be used as the raw material for cement production.
