| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性白血病(AL)化疗后细茵合并深部真菌的易感因素及治疗对策.方法 对43例AL患者住院化疗后细菌合并深部真菌感染发生及治疗情况进行回顾性分析.结果 43例患者中20例经治疗后感染得到控制,23例患者发生多脏器功能衰竭(MOBS)并最终导致死亡.年龄≥60岁、中性粒细胞计数(ASC)降低、未完全缓解(CR)是细茵合并深部真茼感染的主要易感因素.结论 抗生素及粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)的合理应用,可显著改善AL患者化疗后感染的发生率及预后.
