摘    要:以皮状丝孢酵母(Trichosporon cutaneum)为出发菌株,对其产油脂的发酵培养基进行研究。以油脂产量为评价指标,通过单因素试验研究发酵培养基中的碳源、氮源、外源因子对油脂产量的影响,然后利用响应面试验对培养基进行优化。结果表明,最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖97.6 g/L、玉米浆干粉4.4 g/L、乙酸钠0.09 g/L。在该优化条件下,皮状丝孢酵母的油脂产量达到了14.4 g/L。

Abstract:Using Trichosporon cutaneum as starting strain, the fermentation medium for oil production was studied. Using oil yield as evaluation indicator, the effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and exogenous factors of the fermentation medium on the oil yield were studied by single factor experiments. Then the medium was optimized by response surface experiments. The results showed that the optimal medium formula was obtained as follows:glucose 97.6 g/L, corn syrup dry powder 4.4 g/L, and sodium acetate 0.09 g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the oil yield of T. cutaneum reached 14.4 g/L.
