山楂果肉中多酚闪式提取工艺的研究

摘    要:为了得到山楂果肉中多酚闪式提取的最佳条件,更好的应用于工业生产与实践中,该试验采用单因素试验及响应面试验考察料液比、提取时间、提取电压3个因素对多酚得率的影响。结果表明,最佳闪式提取工艺为料液比1∶41(g∶mL),提取时间79 s,提取电压112 V。在此优化条件下,山楂果肉多酚的得率最高,达到42.98 mg/g,该结果将对山楂中提取多酚的研究提供参考。

Abstract:In order to obtain the optimal flash extraction conditions of polyphenols from hawthorn pulp, and to better apply it to industrial production and practice, the effect of three factors including material to liquid ratio, extraction time and voltage on the yield of polyphenols was studied by single factor tests and response surface tests. The results showed that the optimal flash extraction process was material to liquid ratio 1∶41 (g∶ml), extraction time 79 s, and voltage 112 V. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of polyphenols from hawthorn pulp was the highest of 42.98 mg/g, which provided a reference for the extraction of polyphenols from hawthorn.
