| 摘 要： | 为了掌握排除泵车S管阀摆动不到位故障的方法,通过分析泵送液压系统的结构特点和原理,以容易出现故障的蓄能器和主控阀组为分析的基本点,结合故障的现象和案例分析故障产生的原因,提出排除故障的方法,并进行归纳总结。实践表明,熟悉S管阀泵送系统的结构和控制原理,有利于快速排除S管阀摆动不到位故障,提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | In order to grasp the method of eliminating the failure of S-pipe valve of concrete pump truck to swing in place,by analyzing the structural characteristics and principles of the hydraulic pumping system and focusing on the accumulator and the main control valve group which are prone to failures,the cases of failure were analyzed to find out the causes,and a method of troubleshooting was proposed.Practice shows that familiarity with the structure and control principle of the pumping system of S-pipe valve is beneficial to quickly eliminate the failure of S-pipe valve to swing in place and improve efficiency. |
