| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用椎弓根钉系统治疗外伤性骶髂关节脱位合并下腰椎疾患的临床疗效.方法 9例同时行后路骶髂关节切开复位和腰椎管减压,而后应用椎弓根钉系统固定腰椎和骶髂关节.结果 9例术后均获得随访,随访时间6～40个月,平均23个月.术后X线片复查示骶髂关节脱位复位满意,骶髂关节均获融合,无1例发生神经损伤及螺钉松动、断裂等现象,腰骶及下肢活动接近正常.结论 此种方法对骶髂关节脱位合并下腰椎疾患是一种有效的方法,也为单纯骶髂关节脱位的治疗提供一种新的方法.
