| Abstract: | In this paper, we summarize the research progress of the comprehensive utilization on used beer yeast. The research progress and producing methods were introduced on SOD, feeds, extract yeast, glutathione, trehalase and RNA with used beer yeast. The rational utilization on used beer yeast is proposed. |
