| 摘 要： | 当今眼科LASIK手术成为近视眼患者摘除眼镜的最佳选择。文章论述了准分子激光消融眼球角膜的基本原理和数学模型,提出了把角膜治疗区域有目的地划分成30个或60个消融道的模式,通过MATLAB软件把理论计算曲线和实际模型曲线进行比较,得出它们的消融误差,并且成功进行了动物实验和盲眼实验,提前为角膜屈光的临床实验奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Nowadays LASIK becomes the favorite choice to cure myopia.The article elaborates the basic theory and mathematics model of ablating cornea by Excimer Laser,makes out the model which partition the cornea ablation area to 30 or 60 ablating circles,and arrives at the error of real calculation curve and academic model curve by comparing with them under the help of MATLAB software,achieves the success of coney experiment and blind eyes' experiment,thus establishes the clinical experiment basis of cornea ablation in advance. |
