振动时效工艺参数的优化原则

摘    要:残余应力的产生是由于构件内局部不均匀塑性变形造成的.它的存在对金属构件的强度、疲劳寿命、尺寸稳定性影响很大.振动时效能降低并均化金属内部的残余应力.如何确定振动时效工艺参数对于振动时效效果至关重要.本文运用模态分析理论,结合实验研究,提出了确定振动时效工艺参数的一般原则.其后选取钻床立柱对该原则进行了实验验证.

Abstract:The residual stress results from the uneven plastic deformation in a component. It has a great influence on the mechanical properties, fatigue life and size stability, which belong to the component.The method of vibratory stress relief (V. S. R) will lead to reducing the residual stress in components. It is vital to determing the general principles of VSR technology parameters.In this paper, the authers put forward general principles of VSR technology parameters using modal analysis and experiment research and confirm these principles taking a column of the drilling machine as an example.
