摘    要:结合工程设计和运行实践, 对气力输送技术在火电厂除灰系统的实际应用, 就灰斗或粉仓的落料、气力除灰系统的配置、系统及设备的运行维护和检修、系统运行说明及现场技术培训等需关注的几个方面进行了分析探讨, 还讨论了最大限度地降低系统运行耗气量、电除尘器第二电场系统配置及备用系数的选择、布袋除尘器的除灰系统设置、严寒地区除尘器下的封闭及输灰管道的保温等几项关键技术。

Abstract:Combining engineering design and operation practices,the applications of pneumatic transporting technology in thermal power plant ash removal systems are analyzed in following aspects,including ash dropping from the ash hopper or bucket,configuration of pneumatic ash removal system,system and equipment operation maintenance and inspection,system operation instructions and on-site technical training,etc.In addition,several key technologies,including minimizing system gas consumption,electrostatic precipitator(ESP) secondary field configuration and backup coefficient selection,ash removal system configuration of bag filter,dust catcher seal and dust transporting pipe insulation in freezing areas,etc.,are also discussed.
