| Abstract: | Safe-primes play crucial roles in the theory of public-key cryptosystem. The distribution of safe-promes is investigated by the method of Prof. Pan Chengdong with which he dealt with Goldbach Conjecture,as a result the Safe-primes Conjecture is more accurate. |
