黄芪桂枝五物汤对胸痹阳虚寒凝证大鼠的心电图和血清酶的影响

目的观察黄芪桂枝五物汤对胸痹阳虚寒凝证大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用冰水游泳结合腹腔注射垂体后叶素的方法，建立胸痹阳虚寒凝证模型，观察各给药组注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化以及血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸磷酸激酶（CPK）、大鼠血栓素B2（TXB2）和大鼠6－酮－前列腺素F1α（6-Keto-PGF1α）的变化。结果黄芪桂枝五物汤能明显对抗垂体后叶素引起的心电图变化，降低血清LDH、CPK的活性和TXB2的含量，提高6-Keto—PGF1α含量。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤对实验性胸痹阳虚寒凝证具有一定的治疗作用。

Effects of"Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction"on Electrocardiogram and Serum Enzymes in Rats of Thoracic Obstruction of Yang Deficiency and Cold Congealing

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of ＂Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂ on thoracic obstruction rats of yang deficiency and cold congealing. Methotis This rat model was induced by peritoneal injection of pituitrin and swimming in cold water. The changes of T-waves of lead II were examined at different time points after injecting pituitrin, and serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） , creatine phosphokinase（ CPK）, thromboxan B2 （TXB2 ） and 6-Keto-PGF1α were detected. Results ＂Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂ could obviously inhibit the rise of T-waves in rats, decrease the activities of serum LDH, CPK and the contents of TXB2 , and increase 6-Keto-PGF1α. Conclusion ＂Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction＂ has positive effects on the thoracic obstruction of yang deficiency and cold congealing.
