服装面料负离子整理剂的制备

摘    要:采用行星式球磨机应用物理粉碎法制备电气石超微粉体,分析了粉体干湿状态、氧化锆球大小、球磨时间、转速、球料比以及调浆浓度对粉料球磨效果的影响,确定了制备负离子整理剂的优化工艺。其最优工艺为:在湿态,磨球大中小球比例为3∶3∶4,球磨时间为6h,机器转速为300r/min,球料比为6∶1,调浆过程中无水乙醇和粉体的质量比为1∶1。

Abstract:Planetary ball mill is used to prepare tourmaline ultrafine powder by the way of physical grinding, the powder dry and wet conditions, zireonia ball size, grinding time, speed, ball ratio and mixing concentration on the effect of ball milling were analyzed, and the optimization process was determined on the preparation of negative ions finishing agent. The best process: in the wet, the large, medium and small grinding balls ratio of 3:3:4, the grinding time is 6 hours, the speed of machine is 300 r/min, the ball to powder ratio is 6:1, the absolutealcohol to powder ratio is 1:1 in conditioning process.
