摘    要:介绍了少齿差行星传动机构,及在齿轮磨或平面磨上实现短幅外摆线等距曲线的范成加工方法。解决了非摆线磨床不能加工摆线齿形的问题。该装置结构紧凑、传动链短,有较高的分齿精度,能加工出高精度的短幅外摆线齿形,为企业节约设备投资资金,有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:This article describes the poor little planet gear transmission mechanism,in the gear you achieve short-rate curve epicycloid fan equidistant processing methods.Solve the non-cycloid cycloid tooth profile grinding machine is not processing problems.The device is compact,short transmission chain,which have a higher precision of the sub-gear to a high-precision processing epicycloid short pieces of tooth,saving equipment for the enterprise investment funds,which have a higher economic efficiency.
