天然矿物燃煤固硫剂的研究

摘    要:根据金属氧化物组分对 Ca O固硫具有催化促进作用的原理 ,并将催化燃烧的概念引入 ,以应用效果为目标 ,采用纯天然矿石和工业废料研制开发出一种廉价易得燃煤固硫剂。使用三种不同产地的煤进行了添加燃烧实验 ,考察了温度、添加量等对固硫率的影响 ,实验表明这种固硫剂具有很好的固硫效果 :在煤中硫含量为 1%左右及定温条件下 ,总固硫率达 6 7%左右。其技术经济指标优于一种商用固硫剂 ,而售价仅为其 30 %。并在实验研究基础上进行了新型固硫剂在电厂粉煤锅炉上的工业试运行 :除尘器前 SO2 排放降低率可达 5 5 %~ 6 6 % ,总固硫率为 74 %~ 83% ,固硫剂长时间运转对锅炉热效率和安全性均无明显影响

Abstract:DCL Sulfur Sorbent a novel sulfur sorbent composed of crude minerals and industrial waste materials has been developed in this paper.The concept of catalysis is introduced into the design of the sulfur sorbent.The facts that the catalytic ingredients of additive can facilitate the ability of sulfur retention of CaO and can catalyze the combustion of coal are emphasized by the experiments of DTG analysis and high temperature combustion reaction,and the comparisons with a commercial sulfur sorbent were carried out in the combustion experiments of three kinds of coal.The results show that the sulfur retention and cost of this tech.Are all superior to the commercial one.When sulfur content of coal ≤1 %,total sulfur retention of 67 % is reached.Finally,commercial test has been carried out on a 130 t/h pulverised coal boiler in a power plant.
